going to San Pablo Dam thurs morning for trout troll.

need to figure out my transducer mounting so I need the water time.. (last week in the delta my depth read out 3ft the whole time..suspect water in rubber glove technique wasn't working..so I will just do the vaseline technique)

I was there yesterday afternoon  with kids from shore and water was murky but i bought 3 mo pass and am determined to get a lot of use for it since  the lake is so close by.

I will go to boat launch...not main rec..
ch69.
fees suck there though: $6.50 park $4.50 daily permit , launch ? $3.5 i think.

sorry..
got distracted when I wrote this..it is $44.
I figure there is no need for yr pass as it comes out the same price..plus by late may..there will be much better fishing elsewhere..

I also bought the 3 month pass if for anything to get a workout on the kayak and it's a nice place to hang out with your kid(s).  The 3 month pass is perfect for $44 because in 3 months the Halibut are in town and there is no need to be at SPD.  Besides you break even on your 4th trip and if your local it can save you some gas $$$$.

If I can clear my schedule I might join you.  The place is like a ghost town during the rain.
