Lafayette Darling

Trolled Lafayette Res for a few hours yesterday. Glassy, warm, lovely. Only one taker for me, a holdover femme loaded with eggs. Now that they are only planting sterile trout, should I feel less guilty about killing her with a big load of eggs? Could she reproduce? Hmmm.
A bass guy caught a nice 5 lb'er as I was paddling by. Very nice fish. Didn't know they had LMB that big in there.
