So my friend Ernie, AKA Superfin, has a little computer problem and he asked me to post this for him. So this is his story....

Left Monterey at 5:30 am, got to Martinez 7:30ish - ran to the bait shop for some live bait. Headed towards the mothball fleet. Set anchor for a while with no love. So decided to try my hotspot. There was a few boats around as the tide was changing. I saw two jumpers - nice fish and all of a sudden - bam - I got a sturgon pump. So I set the hook hard twice. Bammo fish on. He started to shake his head and running line like crazy. The battle is on. After 30 minutes of fight I saw some bubbles and I knew he was done. I brought him next to the boat and measured him at 5 feet even. First dyno on a kayak. here some pic..
