Something all of us need once in a while

How far can you paddle that thing if/when the juice ran out or not running?    Only if I have "extra" money to spend 

How heavy is that thing?!   Can I carry it on top of my car?

Being less than 13' it would be classified as a  PWC and not legal in some areas.

A personal water craft (PWC) is a recreational watercraft that the rider sits or stands on, rather than inside of, as in a boat.

Is that Coast Guard's definition?   Or Just Googles
