I have the following kayak rack components made by Thule for sale.  Can be mounted to either square (thule-style) or Yakima (round-style) cross bars, as well as all factory installed roof rack cross bars (Subaru, Nissan, Toyota, etc…).  Straps NOT included, cross-bars NOT included, but I will throw in the ratcheting front & rear tie down ropes with J-hooks if you wants them.

Thule 883 Glide-and-Set, used one season, minor wear.
Retails for $179.85… for sale to NCKA members for $80 firm.

Porky: yes, these work with any kayak (or canoe!) and it contains the front pair (the adjustable curved "set" pair) and the rear pair (the pivoting "glide" pair), and works with square or round bars (bars not included).

EWB:  pleasure to meet you today... hope to chase fish with you sometime!

brian1976: I only have the one complete set of the Glide-and-Set saddles, lightly used... the set consists of four individual saddles (1 front pair and 1 rear pair)... pretty much what is shown in the factory Thule photo in my link.
