For me , shelter cove is one of those semi-magical fishing places. I get warm and fuzzy just thinking about it.
 Then you throw in my favorite 50-60 kayakfishing and dive buddies and it gets to be a real special weekend.

I wouldn't go so far as to call a lingcod filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a lingcod's got personality. Personality goes a long way.
