Was down on Rodeo Beach on Saturday - huge offshore swell, nice beach waves. Cool shots Art.

That's Steamer Lane.

Sunday. I took my daughter and my nephew tidepooling in Monterey, eco-system awareness and propper techniques for stalking reef fish. We worked our way up the coast and got to SC about an hour before sunset. The water was as empty as I've ever seen it when a decent swell is running. I think everybody had their fill by the time I got there.

If you don't know where you're headed, any road could get you there.

nice shots, Art.  I love that wave.  Too bad SC is too crowded and expensive for me.

Sweet pics Art. I took the scenic route home Monday evening right at sunset. Water was the same glassy calm, but with that dramatic pre-storm cloud backdrop and the orange sun going down, Stoke!

Who needs islands when you have that? :smt044
