I am heading up to Tahoe for a long weekend and thinkin gabout bringing the kayak. Anyone fishing this time of the year or got any info on locations. Thinking about either launching at cave rock or the beach from where we are staying close to the marina in south shore.

Dr. I hear we might have close to 10 ft of new snow after this week so launching may be difficult. If the storms are warm it may be doable. Give me a holler!

Yes , Isee it is looking like we are getting ready for a big snow storm. I think the kayak will not be coming up with unless I plan on using it as a sled. Oh well I still might go out with Tahoe Sport fishing and grab a few Macks if it mellows out. Maybe next time
