Ya i just tried to place a order and it did not work for some reason.

I made several attempts at using the code and it did not work, I figure is only 25 bucks so I just forget about it since my e mails to hook 1 were not even responded. I will try again and see if it works, but I still think it is mess up that costumer service did not reply even when I paste the e mails showing that they were giving us the certificates.
I have bough stuff from them and my e mail is in their history to log into my account should have been a lot easier.

My discount did not show on my order I tried several times and the website froze for a few minutes then it told me that my order went through without my discount and it was charged to my paypall account

They will send you an e mail with the tracking number as soon as they send it, I placed an order last week and then they send me an e mail telling me that my stuff was back order, that sucks, i could have waited another 3 months for my 25 gift certificate from Albion, the one that they never sent me.

it says the order was shipped but no tracking number. Guess im gonna have to be surprised when it shows up.

I emailed Chad Hoover and he RESPONDED BIG!

He offered to pay the extra postage that was charged.  I declined and told him that I just wanted to get the correct item and not have to pay for the shipping for the correct item or return shipping for the wrong item that was sent to me. 

He sent me the correct item and told me to keep the wrong item, 2 Yak Attack Geartrac gts 175, 16 inch.  That costs $80.  He said to put it on my other kayak.

I emailed him to see if there was a way to track my package. Or find out when its going to show up. No response. Its only been a week sometimes takes a little longer. Not sure...

WOW!!!!!!! I ordered a package from hook1 and was trying to figure out how to track it and emailed chad. The package ended up being delivered to my house on friday. Yes just in time for the weekend. I went out today and when i came back home I had another package. Chad sent me two orders and told me to keep it. Wow what a great way to show customer appreciation. This was my first time ordering from hook1 and wont be my last. Thanks chad.

Looks like everything is good again with Hook1 , the problem I had with my certificate was a misspelling of my name.
If anybody has a problem do like they say, call them and they will take care of the problem with no hassle or attitude at all, glad to be doing business with them again.

Is there an updated code? Couldn't get NCKA to work.

I just sent message to Chad to get new code or see why old does not work.

I tried it last year and it didn't work sent chad a message and never heard back.
