Need a web designer for my business

I'm looking for a web designer (SF Peninsula to greater SF Bay Area preferred, but not required) for a complete overhaul of my existing company's website... I do not need a new corporate identity or logo, just a new website built around the existing corporate identity.

The website does not need anything fancy like a shopping cart as my company is entirely service based (I provide geotechnical and environmental engineers with detailed sub-surface geophysical investigations, primarily using cone penetration testing technologies).  My existing website was set-up over three years ago when I started the business and has basically served as a placeholder... I offer many, many more specialized geotechnical services that what the existing website shows and I want my new website to showcase some specific projects as well as describe the services I offer in detail... perhaps a photo gallery too.

So, who's out of work and/or who can recommend a quality web designer at a good value?

Several people have sent PM's in addition to the suggestions here... I checked out the link KZ provided and I am very impressed with the level of detail provided wrt the services offered and experience in the industry... moreover, one of their websites is actually in a related field and I quite like the look of it... (weeksdrilling.com).

I'll be giving Brian a call and hopefully my budget is in line with their fees... if not, no worries, I've got a bunch of other leads thanks to NCKA!.
