This is what works for me. Hope it can be usefull for you
Speed: 1+mph (GPS)             Grubs and worms     30ft+ back OTW (downrigger)Dept depends on temperature of water
1 to 2mph (GPS) spoons: (needle fish)Clown or white with silver flash 1" 2" to 3" OTW 30'+  back  .depends on how deep you are trolling 10'+ depending on water temp
Spinners: Rainbow Runners Green, red, white All with silver flash.
Plugs:Rapalas J5,J7, (jointed) (fire tiger) mostly(silver & black)will also catch Treble hooks hard on nets.
Trophy Sticks smallest size all colors Watch out for the 3 treble hooks
Plugs: I troll on surface if water is 60 degrees (surface temp) or less 75' to 100' back. over cast and ripple on water helps. I try to keep GPS speed around 1.5 mph to 2mph
Trolling OTW depth depends on water temperature. 30'+ back
What makes what I have put forth here work is perseverance
