If you all recall I took my bro-inlaw out in a kayak for stripers back in sept.  he got 5 schoolies and loved it. Bought a kayak two weeks back (nice scupperpro).
we went out last weekend in SD, got some calicos- but that was it.
yesterday he calls me-- screaming into the phone...
31 LB YT!!!

On of the guys at SDFish.com just landed a 50# yellowtail of the yak in something like 20 feet of water.

Dang, I miss the warm water pelagics.
