San Diego Report- or take a guy kayakfishing

and he shows you up on his third trip ever.
If you all recall I took my bro-inlaw out in a kayak for stripers back in sept.  he got 5 schoolies and loved it. Bought a kayak two weeks back (nice scupperpro).
we went out last weekend in SD, got some calicos- but that was it.
yesterday he calls me-- screaming into the phone...
