Ive never really used foil to cook my fish till this last year. I have learned how simple and easy and clean and tasty and way healthier then frying it. It seems to keep the fish moister as well.

Piece of fish.

1. Butter each side.
2. Add seasoning (personally like going with garlic salt and pepper and some Creole seasoning) 
3. Slice lemon supper thin and lay on top
4. I usually drench the rest of the lemon over the fish can be done before seasoning, causes a little run off of the seasoning.
5. Wrap in foil I have thrown this on the grill, baked for 15 minutes, and thrown over a open flame camping.
Throw in some small tortillas with some chopped onion and cilantro YUM YUM YUM
