Beautiful Out there today....  :smt007

Lot was Full when I arrived at Beldons,  Good Sign... Grass and Pile worms...

Lots of pesky Bait Stealer s ,

A few Good Pumps on the Pile Worms But Alas... a miss  :smt009 ...

Did Hook FisHunter's Baby Dino, She's Getting Bigger...  :smt003

Finally, ran out of Bait and the Fun Began... Tossed a White/Chartruss Pointer into the reeds as the Incoming was getting High....

Picked up lots of schoolie Stripers and some Mean Scawfish, Good Fun on the light Setup I had...

Also missed a Brute Striper, Followed up to the Yak turned away, was able to Flip it back to her, turns around and smacks its!!! Breaks the Hook!!!!    :smt010

Easy 20lbs...  Oh well

In talking to the PB's, not much else going on, saw one stringer of 10lbish Stipers..

All My Dino Pumps and Baby came on Pile worms...

Wow, great detailed report and a bit of an upgrade from my trip there a few days ago!  Love the thought of pitching that towards the bank and nailing them, doesn't look very weedless though!   would have been nice to grab the big striper, but nice to have at least got a look at it!   Thanks for the great pictures and report.

Small fee change...

$5 day use

$7 launch    Exact Change

Could maybe argue the day use being no trailer,

but $65 bucks if you lose....  :smt010

Also, lots of " Fresh " Broken Safety Glass in the parking lot...

Most likely victims of the Night Shift per there are lots of people shore fishing during the day....

Great report, at least you had plenty of action, that place can get real quiet while waiting for a sturgeon to take an interest in your offering.

Danglin , tough to come by , but if you can get any fresh salmon roe use it in your regular spots . I've fished Montezuma and surrounding sloughs for over 45 years and roe can't be beat as long as there are any salmon in the system .

Get ready for some long sleigh rides , can't hardly imagine must be a blast ! Been pulled a good half mile in my old 19' Bayliner by a 7 footer , thinking a hot fish might take you way away - good luck !

Sweet day Don. Those baby dinos are so cute and dangerous. They've got razors all up and down them. Nice job on the stripers too.
