Otter and I ran out to Tamales yesterday to do some fish'n.

Slept about two hours with visions of WSB and Halibut on the brain. Super foggy but burned off by 12. Bait up the wazoo and no large fish in sight (probably all full). Ran into Holy Toledo on the water, nice to meet you Holy.

Here are a few photos for your enjoyment   :smt001.

The water looks a little choppy.  Glad the baits are still plentiful there.  Tomales (not Tamales as in Mex food  :smt003) is one of my fav places to hunt for Hali.   Thanks for the report and picture Tsuri.

Oh, and the water and wind where dead calm at 6AM with bait and large fish far away breaching. No real tide and no drift so we hardly moved in the water

We had to head back to get to the airport at noon just as the wind picked up but I suspect there was a real good drift for the rest of the day.

Perhaps Holy picked up something?
