Was 169 last week, 170.8 this week.  Nooooooo!
I was 166.6 Saturday morning, but we had a huge cabin party up near Tahoe Saturday.

I cooked 10lbs of chicharon bulaklak

And about 20lb of short ribs...

Maybe I'm lucky to only be up 1.8lb....

Started at 267 last Monday, am at 259 this morning.

For obvious reasons, I don't have any photographs of food to share in this thread.

WTH is that in the third - 5th pictures?  Looks like GI tract.  Can't blame you on the ready to eat shrimp though.  Love that stuff

Was 195 last week (I think?) Now 196. Not surprising, we had family in from Connecticut this weekend and ended up with a food and wine feast for pretty much the whole weekend. Food over the weekend included pasta, sausage, pancakes, various cheeses, bbq oysters, tri-tip sandwiches, and strawberry short cake. Drinks included various wines, champagne, beer, and Manhattans. It was a blast, but I'm feeling a wicked food hangover today.

I'll be back at running this afternoon, and fish for dinner....

This week: 230

CRAP!!!!!!
 :smt009

I went out fishing and paddling on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday...ran 8 miles on Tuesday, out OTW again for 4 hours on Thursday and ran 19 miles in Monterey on Saturday!!!

Guess the steady intake of BBQ, Carnitas, Fried Fish, Beer, Wine, and Nicaraguan Rum won the battle last week over my activities....
 :smt012

This week I am gonna get under 225!!!!

I hope...
 :smt002

Sincerely,

Jim

Until I get a scale I'll report my "gym weight". Gym weight = what I weigh at the gym with clothes and wet t-shirt still on.

I just started getting back to the gym consistantly three weeks ago. Then I was at 198.5lb. Last week I was at 196lb. After running on my lunch break today I was 194.5lb. I've only made very minor eating changes (cereal instead of chocolate muffin for breakfast, sorbet instead of ice cream. Stuff like that). What I've been doing for the last three weeks is running on the treadmill or ellipticle for 30 minutes on my lunch break (Just under 4 miles, with various hill settings), then after work I'll do a ten minute sprint on the ellipticle (about 1.3 miles) to get my heart rate up before lifting weights and doing circuit training for a steady 45 minutes. I do that three, sometimes four times a week.

When I was doing that full-time last year before I cut my finger I was floating between 176lbs and 180lbs. It's amazing how fast I can put on 20lbs! I'm a big time junkfood junky.

In Loving Memory of Mooch, Eelmaster, Shicken, and Cabeza De Martillo

I started kayak fishing to get away from most of you...

My Round 2 Week 2 is 279... week 1 was 280.

My sciatic nerve flared up a few days ago so I won't be surprised if "taking it easy" will attract a few stray lb's.

No change. Started at 197, still 197. At least I'm getting faster on the bicycle though.  Nearly 15% faster than where I was at the end of July. Did you know that pulling a trailer with a three year old in it just kills your hill climbing ability?

Is that bulaklak or flower?  Pare, magkalapit lang tayo.  Used to love eating those with my San Miguel but the doc says no more.  I'm here in Livermore, mostly like to fish Capitola area.  Give me a buzz.  Are you going to HMB this Sat?

Was 157 lbs. last week and 156lbs today. Must do more.
I wouldn't go so far as to call a lingcod filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a lingcod's got personality. Personality goes a long way.

I thought 'bulaklak' meant 'flower'.  I'm not Filipino myself (my in-laws are).   It's tasty whatever it is.  ;)

I haven't made plans for the weekend yet, but my wife may have already.  I'll have to see.   :smt005
