Oooops forgot to do this yesterday.  I started Round I at 220. Made it to 205 but didn't reach my goal of 200.  Still at 205.  At 205 I am still a fat beotch and I don't see my original goal of 200 solving that.  New goal is 195.

I started round I at 308 (a good caliber... not a good weight).

I got down to 278, dropping 30 lbs in Round I... and rebounded just a couple of pounds.

My weight on monday was 280... like Sean, I'm still a fatty and would like to go at least another 15 lbs to 265.

I started at 198 in round 1, only dropped to 192 at the lowest. As of today I am 196. Damn those beers....

I was out of town for the weekend going to a wedding and visiting relatives, so I'm a day late.  I'm 169 this morning, which is the border of 'overweight' for my 5'9" height.  I'd like to keep it more in the low 160s, and particularly avoid any holiday widening.

I lost 40lbs last year in a little over a month on the break-up diet. Now I have a new, better woman in my life and have gained twenty of those pounds back!  :smt003  :smt009

I weigh 196 now and would like to get back to 185. I've been back to the gym on a consistent basis for the last three weeks and plan to keep at it...so I'm in for Round Two...starting with a 30 minute elliptical session on my lunch break here in a bit.

I hate (use that word very rarely) to step on the scale. For me it's not a true measure of how fit I am, but it does describe my "shape" so I am back on it. Not sure where I left off in round one so starting anew with round two. Currently at 201 and really want to be at 190. Back to the "rubber band" around the wrist as a reminder....maybe one on each wrist this time.

I'm currently looking at 197 on the scale, a few pounds heavier than my lightest this year. Hoping to hit 185 by 12/31, but more than likely it will be more like 190. More salads, and more cycling!

My goal weight still is 150lbs. Starting weight was 171.2lbs. Gained 11lbs back in
just three weeks from our vacation. This morning I weighed 152.5lbs.

286 at the start of round 1, currently 269.  Goal is so far away that I try not to think of it.

267 at start yesterday, goal is somewhere south of that.  Evening of day 2 and I now remember how much the first few days of dieting suck, but it's all worth it.  Just gotta stick with it.

157 lbs. today and the goal is 150lbs. Anything less that 150 lbs. is gravy. BMI is crappy too close to 25 so I know I need to improve. I have some ideas how to reach my goal. One, eliminate cafe lattes in the morning. Two, do away with the cream cheese on the bagel. Three, smaller lunch portions. Four, salad for dinner. Five, snack on fruits or veggies or Rockfish.

&^%@#@ beer and wine will friggn kill my plan. I just know it.
I wouldn't go so far as to call a lingcod filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a lingcod's got personality. Personality goes a long way.
