Am thinking of a launch on Thursday 9/10, and am planning on doing one Saturday 9/12.  Wondering if anyone is up for it.

I'd love to fish with the guys I went with on Saturday and do the big paddle again, but I'm flexible.  The swell will be a little bigger, but the wind slop should be down.  I'd also be up for anything from jaws to the lighthouse.

Who did the jaws and lighthouse launch last saturday?  I saw two yaks out at each spot, but opted to go inbetween per my last hookup thread.  Wondering how you guys did.

I'm thinking of fishing on Thursday. If the swell is too big for Bean Hollow, we could always make the trek to Fort Ross.

Any chance Wednesday would work instead? Swell forecast looks better, especially if we're thinking of Bean Hollow.

Never mind. It's still fluctuating. Thursday might work fine.

Yeah - as of now Thursday and Friday look like the best days weather wise.  I'm fine with going Wed, but it's going to be rougher (at least according to NWS...)

I can only get Fridays off and once again would like to join you guys.
I just missed you all last week when the morning wind was up at the Bean. I'm especially excited to do the Northern area of the lighthouse....but not alone. I must be gettin old.

OK - update.  I am leaning toward Friday over Thursday - it's subject to Obkook's schedule.  I'll know tomorrow.  I think both days will be about the same.  Happy for company, but be forewarned that we paddle a ways to the fish...

Still leaning towards Thursday - the swell looks to be picking up on Friday a bit. TallPaul - keep me posted on your plans - i don't want to fish the Big Bad Bean alone.

I'm going Friday.   Time for launch is tentative, as I might be picking up a rental for a friend.  Location is tentative, as I'm thinking either Bean or, swell permitting, further south.  I'll post a confirmed time once I know, but am thinking 7 a.m.
