So sorry for the late report guys.  Kiel's right, the weather was nice to begin with but then the wind just came out of nowhere, and the drift really sucked, you just had to improvise.  Here's my report.. sorry no OTW pics, I already ruined my last cam and didn't want to risk the cp cam  so here's my report...

I wanted to try the handline at our spot, but again the drift was so bad that I would've just wasted my time.. but went home happy anyway with a verm and a greenling.  According to Kiel's FF that spot had alot of fish and the bottom was nice plenty of rocks out of the ten pieces of fish.. only 3 were gophers and the rest were blacks, good sized one's too.  What do you think, reelknots? wanna hit that place again this sunday? Rolly wants to come along to hit that spot as well.  Oh and on a lighter note.. shortly after packing and literally driving up the hill from the unloading area of the launch, F&G was heading downhill and had us, or me anyway untie my yak to open the back of my truck and dig through my stuff to get to my cooler and reach for my catch,  *deep breath*.... but the day was a success.  Hope to see some of you guys there on Sunday.

Sorry Pern, but we're going camping at Lake Camanche this Friday till Sunday, Going Jet Skiing this time no fishing for me! or maybe try to fished at night for catfish.

Did you go back there?  Hopefully, next time you go I'll be ready.  I just bought my adventure the other day and I'm picking it up today.  Hope it fits in my truck.  I'll be watching for your next hook-up invitation.  This pinoy got to get his feet wet.
