I didn't get in the last BLOTY, but started the year at 202. I made it down to 194 as recently as 3 weeks ago, but am now back up to 196-7. I've upped the exercise regimen in the past month though, and am hoping to end the year at 185.

Weighted myself at work today and scale says 162 with clothes. So I think I'm a soft 155 with emphasis on soft. My cholesterol didn't look good last doctor's visit. My goal is to be a lean 145. My wife begs me to exercise but i don't do it. Life is good, life is short and I want to live a healthy life. I'm in! I don't know if I have room to lose 10 lbs. but I'll try.
I wouldn't go so far as to call a lingcod filthy but they're definitely dirty. But, a lingcod's got personality. Personality goes a long way.
