I am Looking for people and places to fish. I am wanting to try Trinidad harbor soon and hope the salmon will be close in for the 10 days the season is open. I have had my yak for awhile and rigged it for fishing then my daughter was born.  It has just been sitting for 3 years now. I have only tried to fish it one time the up it went.
If anyone is open for some fishing let  me know. I am open for any kind of fishing lakes, river, bay, ocean. I just need to get out there.
 I live in Fortuna ca.

I make lots of kayak fishing movies and post them here.  They're about appreciation of family, friends and the outdoors, big game ocean adventures, and 80's tunes.   :smt001

Yes cool video Abking.  I used to watch Youtube videos of someone called Loleta Eric.  You or a friend of yours?  I lived in Loleta for about a year in the early 90’s.  I lived in Humboldt County for about 8 years.  When I get set up I want to go to Shelter Cove and Trinidad.  I need to get more equipment and feel more comfortable but I have always loved that area.  I still go to Trinidad for about a week every year.   It is a great place to hang out with the family.  Cheap poker tourneys don’t hurt either.

I'm going to be in Shelter Cove (first trip in three years there) Sept 3 and 4.  Family wedding on Sept 6, then travelling to southern oregon for a week or so.  If that is compatible with anyone's schedule, send me a note.  Travelling with my wife, but she doesn't like to go out on the ocean.

The rockfish and lingcod season ended from boats there 8/15...   :smt009

Still OK from shore, and diving is an option.  Have fun.   :smt001
