Mike and Chub, Good job and thanks for sharing! I've been to Albion and it was my first event as an NCKA, I've been to different events fishing wise, my experience in Albion will forever be part of my life, with all things happened in previous clubs I once with, I remember calling an organizer of the tournament at 4 AM since I am lost and cant find my way to the event he did gave me a direction as soon as I get to the event instead of welcoming a newbie with a smile he made fun of me in front of all the other members, he named me the "guy cant find his way" and this is the guy woke me up at 4 am pointing at me smirk on his face, I felt so unwelcome and lost no one would even talk to me nor approach how long was the trip or howd you do? Well, thats the old club, I am definitely glad I found this group, I say NCKA is beyond compare  ! I never felt left out helpless or unwelcome, the brotherhood and friendship are unbreakable, its amazing! people you've never met in your life welcomes you with open hand and smile, I am definitely honored being member of such community! I apologize for my grammar and sentences (last time I post on my previous club they told me I need to go to school I am giving them a headache)

That said, I thought there was some thieves at Albion?  Someone said that a tackle box and maybe a rod or two was taken during the night

That's the first I heard of it. I hope someone can confirm or deny this.

I think Naoaki had a tackle box ripped off in the night. There were other folks there though.

Steve mentioned that he found similar groups in climbing, mountain bikes.  Maybe its people who get out of the city, and in a very retro way challenge the climb, hill, swell.  Our competition is internal so we are not threatened by others, but stoked at their success.
