I'm for a reschedule :smt003
(for a day when I'm not evacuated)

Sean was your kayak evacuated with you?

Yep. Got the T140 & the little surfski out. The poor old Cayman got left behind though.

I'm cool with whatever is decided. No worries here (cept' for my house). I get to fish & paddle around here all the time, so I don't have much invested in the planning department for this derby. I think your solution is great Eric, & I certainly hope to make it on the 30th.

I prefer 1 or 2. The parking is metered, but 3 bucks will get you 4 or more hours..

Hang in there, Eric, it's tough dude.

OK if we go on sunday, for you who are not familiar it's more like # 2 on that one map link and I'll post another map below.

I will be fishing outta the harbor no matter what on Sunday.  Glad you are OK Sean!!

Allen

ps how come I cant vote?  I would vote to have it sunday, not averse to an additional; on the 30th, but it's easy for me being local

Does it take dollar bills or just coins?

For those who may not have understood me I will explain.
We will have the gathering on Sunday at S.C. Harbor instead of Davenport.
I will also host a gathering on August 30th (Fire's allowing) so others can particapate without having to worry about mother nature's issues. (also lets me fish the coast another day  :smt003 )
See you all on Sat. or Sun.,

Yakhopper, good call on moving the event - best to stay clear of the fire area so emergency crews & residents can take care of things. I'm still on the fence whether I can make it but I'll let you know ASAP and before Sun am.

Ben, still TBD - sent you PM.
