Thanks to Ravensblack for organizing this epic trip.  I had a great time on the water.

I teamed up with Jim, Redyak to get down the cliff, as we both have Cobra Navigators with are pretty light boats.  Heading up the cliff though, I teamed up with Tigerfish and his HEAVY ASS hobie.   I've got some sore muscles, but it was worth it.

Tigerfish outfished everybody with his two lings, big red and black, and the rest of his stringer filled with chinas.  I kept a good sized red and black, and two ok-sized chinas.  Released about 15 smaller chinas and gophers.

What a cool trip!  That climb down and up the hill look way harder than Elk, but it looks like something I want to do.

You guys are cracking me up! That cliff's been done. Let's do something even harder. How about The Grade. Right where Sonny took those pics. Craig, will you carry my yak up that one? If so, I'm going for a full rf limit. :smt005 We'll just rappel down with our yaks tucked under our pits. Or we could try a Pedotti's launch and land at Russian Gulch or Goat Rock. Leave a truck down there or hitch a ride back. I'm sure some kindly tourists won't mind loading a half dozen yaks on top of their rent-a-car and throwing a 100lbs of smelly fish & abs in the trunk. :smt003 jim

I put a little pressure and she started to take drag and right back in a hole .One more time in freespool out she goes and I bring her right on up as steady as I can being that I'm useing 20lb braid on a light salmon rod with wal mart abu black max bass reel . Don't want to go on forever so I'll end it with this . EPIC . Thanks again to all of the bros who fished on sunday . I'll tell you about Monday ltr . Out .

You are a serious bunch of hard men! You are also CRAZY. Love it when someone comes up with an idea that is nuts and seems undo able. It attracts the hardcore like a light draws a moth. These trips forge iron clad friendships, are burned into the soul and never forgotten. Strong work boys,

Shannon
