Hit the high tide top off around fort baker for about three hours with no luck. Made bait in less than 5 min and paddled around the eastern corner to avoid whitecaps. Fished both surface flyline and on the bottom - also trolling. Lots of bait, seals, and wind - no grabs.

Thanks for the report. . What kind of bait were you catching?  I was getting big sardines and some medium sized jacksmelt around Ft. Pt.

I was using those big sardines, there were smelt around too, but I don't use smelt unless I have to
