ARW 7/8 - Late start, blown out

We where really dragging today. I have not be out on my yak much this year so my gear was everywhere and all mixed up. We did not hit the water until 10am. We made 2 drifts, about 1.5 hours of fishing until the sheep chased us off. No fish and 2 scratched baits. So one leopard shark from a bankie.

Glad to see you're back OTW.  The wind has been howling the last several days.  Hopefully it'll be better this weekend.  Thank you for the report Bill.

Work/kids life have been all pulling me out of the water lately. Got a week off, dads in town we go fishing!  Off course as soon as I can fish the wind starts blowing

Nope they are hitting the road Sat. and I am back in the office Monday. I really need to win the lottery.

At least you got your pops on the water! I hate that feeling of looking for all the gear that somehow gets scattered in the off season.

Dave and I  decided to drive to Paradise even though i live really close to ARW. Wind picked up there at 4pm...Dave got a 26".

Yeah and today we could not even launch. Minus tide had the ramp super slick. Some guy tried to launch and got his truck stuck.
