You're killing me Sonny.  I was hoping to get out Sunday as I really want a but from a yak but the weather will keep me from that. :smt010

Hard to believe that Paradise is STILL kicking out fish.  There must be some sort of halibut hatchery near there. :smt003

A little birdie leaked the news to me today as I sat at my desk. If I remember correctly the birdie got a pull down while on the phone.  Don't forget to take a picture of the soup before you eat it all. Can't wait for the full report.....we know the pictures are going to be good.

I arrived at the parking lot 15 minutes late due to an accidence on HW37 (car went off the road into water way)

Thank you Phil for getting the Shiners for some of us and gave me the "winners"  :smt003 Most of the guys were ready to launch when I got there

There was almost no wind at all so it was a sloooooow drift all morning.  Got my first bendo around 11 am and it's my biggest Hali yet 38".  This guy pulled me around for 5 minute before I can see its color

Around noon time, I was on the phone talking to Allen and my rod got pulled down but no hook-up.  I checked the bait and it had "teeth marks" so decided to peddle back to the same area.  10 minutes went by and nothing happened so I decided to have a lunch snack,  2 bites into my cold slice of pizza, my rod went bendo again and this time FISH ON.  Number 2 Hali measured 28".  After got the second Hali on the game clip, I pinched on another Shiner and sent it down then trying to finish my pizza but before I finished it my rod went bendo again.  Hali number 3 measured 30".  I got my limit on Hali before 1:00 pm! It's unbelievable!

Sonny that is just crazy cool. When do you want us to come over for halibut? :smt003 Did you use the net or gaff on the big one. I know that you succeed because you always have a smile on your face and a kind word for all. Karma comes back to you in the form of halibut I guess. Now you found your new occupation, kayak halibut tour guide. :smt006
