 If you are lucky enough to catch a flattie here is a recipe that is delicious and easy to make.

 For cooking wine buy the small single serving bottles like Woodbridge Chardonnay so you don't have to waste a whole bottle.

 At my house beer is for drinking and wine is for cooking so the little bottles work out perfectly.
