Theresa and I are both going to try to make both events. But, I think we will try to stay at Veterans Park in Monterey the night before MBK, then after the MBK event we'll try to find a campground north of Santa Cruz or nearby. Anybody have any suggestions?
Perhaps we can all shoot for the same campground after MBK for the typical NCKA "fat boy festival" aka pot luck. 

So cool to see everything working out.  Unfortunately I have a previous engagement on Saturday.  So hopefully I will be able to fish Davenport on Sunday.  I am just trying to get out and fish as much as I can this season.  So far I am doing more than last year.

don't forget Butano State Park just south of Pescadero.  Beautiful place, we hiked it last Monday.

This will be my first Fishing Derby with the Kayak,  I'm looking forward to it!
