Got some home made squid salad on the way.
No it's not left over bait, think Phil's fish market style in moss landing.
Looking forward to meeting everyone, this will be my first club event.
Hope I can get some sleep the next couple of nights, feel like a kid on christmas eve.

Just picked up my replacement fishing license and another Trevala and Shimano 401A Cardiff.  VHF arrived today, so I should be good to go!

Hey just to be sure; you DO need a Bay/Delta stamp for this event right?  And must carry a net?  I'll go look it up, but figured a reply on the thread would be good for others to see.

This is going to ROCK!!!! :smt003

I know for sure you need the bay/delta enhancement stamp. I'm not sure about the net but I always carry one as a backup to my gaff.

Yes on the Bay/Delta stamp and a big "I think so" for a net required on the bay (I always carry one on the bay) - 18" min dia if it is required. *Remember nets can F* up halibuts' tails, raising their mortality if released, so keep that in mind for any C&R fish.

Anyone wanna carpool from SF? I could carry 2 yaks or go with someone else.

Guess I need to hit my local Sporting goods tomorrow to get me a bay/delta stamp which I currently DON'T have.

Really glad someone brought this little unknown fact to me up!

Its a cheap stamp (comparatively). As for the net I am sure ppl will be around to help if you don't have one. This may not get around the 'legal' aspect. But a gaff may be bad news if your hali is on the border of being legal.

Bringing UCD aged tri-tip (not USDA) and bunch & bunch of vegs for Grill.
& of course some beers too!

Gonna try and get there a little after 7:00. Hopefully Keith has a good supply of shiners. I'm gonna give him a call and let him know there may be a little bit higher demand than normal.
so Dustin, any news from LL?
