Spent the morning at the Dog Pound. Just not much happening. Rappalas, spinner baits, spoons, dead frozen smelt... no good.  So I thought I'd try and get the hang of using my new (to me) $12 ultra lite rod and started dragging a senko off the edge of the weed mat for LMB. I only got one hit, but she was 21+ inches long, 5+ pounds, and a lot of fun on that ultra lite.
