Camped there week before last and only saw a few. Didn't come around when we were cooking and eating. Should be less now (cooler) and the campsite is cleaner no garbage to attract them.

Weather has been all over the map...check it before you leave.  We definitely get yellowjackets around here, but its getting late.

So with the proceeds going to charity, this is a bragging right tourney right?

Oh, so you want the smack talking to start up?

At least this time I'm not gonna get seasick and bow out of the tourney after 2 hours (first kayak connection in SC this year).

I've been doing some studying and I have my ideas.  I've only got one striper to my name, but I am confident.

I'm a tad worried about 20-30 yaks all trying to boil fish so I have some other ideas about that also.

So suffice it to say, yes, I'm gonna spank mooch and plant him like a tobacco shop indian in my study.

Sheesh, not only amateur, but sad as well.

I'm throwing down the gauntlet.

No one, I mean NO ONE will be able to keep a bait fish on their hook as long as me without a bite. Hell, I couldn't catch a fish in a fish hatchery with a net. I go to the fish market and come home with steak. If it wasn't for buying bait, I'd be stuck with plastics. I could write a book about getting skunked by various fish in new and exciting locations. Jeez, I'm so bad at kayaking, I started taking rods with me just so I would have an excuse for not being able to paddle.

I dare any of you to try and beat my challenge.

Oh... You mean Smack talk about CATCHING fish... my bad.

On a serious note, It looks like Team Cobra angler Defjack will be making the trip with me. This is gonna be a blast.

Naw, it was a lame attempt at humor.

Since I am the sole member of the Floating Banana Brotherhood up north I will have to catch 3 yaks worth of fish.

Mooch doesn't stand a freaking chance as we members laugh at bananas in the hatch, bring it on banana boy.

Last time there were boils going off, there were 4-5 schools on top, so not everyone has to be on the same school.  We should all be afraid of Juan...he's going to be tough to beat.
