Jed,
Congrats on the Hali.  Let me know when you're going out again.  I think it's time for my Hobie to get in the salt water for the first time.  The new live well should work well for the Hali bait.

Jedmo it was nice meeting you guys out on the water as well.  From the weather forecasts I was expecting a day of sloshing in the wind, but it turned out to be a nice time on the water with some cool fellow yakfishers. Congrats on dialing in that nice fish.

I'll try to post here some on the water shots of the days winning fish.

I saw that same hat at Mel Cotton last time I was there.

Wow looks nice out there.  What was the tide while you were fishing?

Waws the bait herring?

Good job on the early season flattie, jed!!

I will be going for the flat ones soon here in SC, in the meantime, maybe be worth it to fish my home town waters, SSF.

That 's a lucky Halibut hat. Last year with that Hat, he caught first halibut at the ARW.

Thanks for all the kind words fellas. I appreciate it.
Ben, I thinks it's just jealousy on your part. Leave me alone. :smt044
Aaron, the hat was a present from my mother in law on my last birthday. She
flyfishes all over the place and she just happened to run across this hat from a
fly show.
Ty, thanks for remembering me from last year.
Ed, thanks for sharing some pictures you've taken with your camera.

Scallen, big change difference in tide. High 0002 5.5, low 0559 0.6, high 1226 5.1
low 1800 1.0

The halibut was caught around 11ish.

Sorry for the late response. Just got back from Fort Bragg. I saw SBD's campsite
for the July's hookup. It is a very nice place. People with have a very nice time
there.
