Dood!...when I see water like that...plan B(not involving yaks&dangerous waters) are getting made as I drive back home. No fish is worth getting flipped and/or seperated from your yak.(that's what I say now)
I do agree that learning your limitations is nessesary, but those WX are meant to be on land. (IMHO)

If the water looked like that before I launched I would have turned right around. My life is not worth ANY fish. Winds sneak up fast. I could only imagine this happening a few miles out in the big blue. Scary stuff!

I watched the videos. Now go out on the big blue and add 3-4ft wind waves over a 6-7ft NW swell and then you might have something.
