First off great to see you all at the AOTY event. So great to get faces to screen names. We my GPS ram mount came in early. So here ya go. On the left is the RAM rod holder. On the right is the GPS holder for the Garmin 60. I also mounted a deck compass in case the GPS takes a dump. Last shot is an overhead shot in case ppl wonder about the rod pod clearing....it does

I did scuba years and years ago (Hawaii and Bahamas). I know thats not what you you mean.  I would like to take a shot at some Abs but I have zero exp. I also head to do see my in laws in so cal so I would love to get the skills for some spiny lobster. (thats what they are called down there right?)

The deck compass is a great addition, it will keep you from paddling like a drunken sailor when using the gps. There isn't a lag in the compass reading like there is on the gps. So you won't be zig zagging trying to stay on course or find a waypoint. BTDT :smt005 :smt002
