I currently have my transducer mounted on a bracket outside the boat. Would like to goop it inside.
Would I loose sensitivity shooting thru the hull? Anybody notice any difference?

i personally think that there is not much of difference.  i have mine gooped in the hull and no problem with it.  a friend of mine has a trident13 and installed his on the bottom of the yak where the transducer compatible scupper area is.  we have the same FF.  out on the water, i compared mine with his at 50ft deep of water, and there was no difference.  he was reading what i was reading.  maybe he was getting more accurate reading on the water temperature since the transducer had a direct contact w/ the water.
when applying the goop, make sure there is NO AIR BUBBLE in it.
