I am bring a shovel... Jacks is SUPER good.  I meant beer and or sides.

No side dishes are necessary. i'll be serving it with white rice and there will be plenty. Gumbo is the all inclusive happy food. the only question i have is, how spicy should i make it ?

Chefs choice...but I ain't scared    Preferred gumbo beer?

is there anything needed I can bring in a tiny tank bag on my motorcycle?
some home-dried habanero perhaps...
or a flask of Jameson (is that legal on a motorcycle?)
