If we do a raffle... I think SBA would be a good idea.  Spread the love a little bit.

We can get Coastside again nextime.  I wouldn't forsee the kind of magnitude in terms of dollars raised this time as we had at Elk... so might get spread pretty thin if it is split between two organizations.

I'll see about an offering for the raffle...  might be able to come up with something...

In addition to a raffle, how about having FREE beer until 6pm on Friday, then switch over to $2/cup donation there after.

Could be a big money maker on Saturday, when there are a lot of tired thirsty paddlers.

my donations to the raffle:

1 (used) 5# folding anchor (perfect for Bay sturgeon fishing)

2 coffee table books on fishing

2 "funny" books on fishing

1 fishing crate with 6 pvc rod holders (you can also use it to store your rods properly in your garage)

 - some laminated rock fish identification colored photo charts (got this idea from Chuck)

Cool lots of prizes We do raffles at work where there are enough prizes for everybody to win something even if it is just a hat. Great way to recycle gifts. Services are always great Fishing Trips,Guide/Grip replacements, Reel tune up/fix, one time we had a Chef donate a Gourmet Meal cooked in your home for a dinner party,  etc. First drawn gets first pick. I will donate a nice Fillet Knife,Fillet Glove,
Bait/Lunch Logo Cooler and what ever else I can dig up. :smt041
