Looks good Allen!
I never got around to drilling more lightening holes in mine after I did the one for the drain, now I am inspired.

It looks as though you have put a bend in the final proto-type. I presume that was for rudder clearance.

Looks good to me and I can't wait for you to test it out. If it does meet all of your expectations, can I have cuts in the line for sales?
The fishing was so good I thought I was there yesterday!

It looks good otobepelagic but what keeps your rope from pulling away from the pulley as well as up and over the metal (the angle maybe) ? I  know on mine when I'm in the drift the rope is always ridding on the top of the eyelet I have at the end.

More thread jacking!  :smt003
I was worried about the line jumping the pulley while on the water. So I used a pulley with a fairlead (line guide over pulley). The guide is where the line exits the pulley, you can barely see it in the pic. SBD uses a open set up and has had no problems.

I'm left handed so my rigging is on the right. The anchor can be raised and lowered with one hand easily.
The fairlead on the cleat keeps the line where you need it, making it easier to one hand it.  A cam type cleat is good also but costs more. You could also just add a deck loop as a guide instead to save bucks.

Two screws release the set-up from the yak. There is a threaded backing plate inside for support.

Fishshim,  I forgot to thank you for the design...seemed like the one-piece design was the easiest to build until trying to bend the aluminium. Now to test it....then if it works as hoped we have a couple more to make.
