Adam I had agreat time with ya' I look forward to many more fishing hook-ups. Craig
Craig!.....we told you to keep it a secret for two weeks! what the HELL?!
at least Allen DID blindfold&spin you before you hit the road and after we ate lunch or you might have letTHEwholeDAMNEDcatOUT! :smt044
Yes, it was a great time of many more to come and glad you popped that LMBcherry of yours...it was way over-due! :smt005

It was fun spending  New Years day on the water with a few NCKAers. The bite was a little off from a couple weeks ago but a few fish could still be talked into a mid day meal. Everyone caught nice fish during the day from various different locations.

Luckily Terry caught a fish away from the crowd and asked for a photo....I responded with a "i'll be right there" but was beat out by someone a little faster on the draw. While said others were off admiring Hydro's catch my steelhead  rod went bendo with about three feet of it going below the surface and taking line. By the time I got the fish to color I knew it was my turn for the photo-op.....another pig of a bass!
....good one Al!..i thought you where my HOMMIEtilTHEhub-capsFELLoff!, but after complimenting on my speed&photo taking skills, i sucked right into that one, while you stayed on top of those fish and didn't peep a word nor high-sign.

pic1~ Terrys' signature LA(lookaway)with a SI(standard issue) that was clean and had detailed&defined markings.

pic2,3~ while I was shooting the above, Allen was hook'n this

We paddled to shore after a few hours on the hunt and I took a foot warming, blood circulating piss&walk while there. Sometimes an area just calls out your name and if you're lucky, you'll hear it when it does.I found a full bag of YamamotoShakeyWorms, a closed-face fishing pole and 2! thats' right TWO StankinCarpCarcasses! all right there...like someone had to get up and leave in a hurry and forgot their stuff. :smt003

pic1~Allen and his better-than-last-years LM...yes!, it was a P-I-G!

pic2~ one mans trash, is another mans treasures

pic3~ what are these white things on the fish? this guy had a torn jaw-corner and was covered by these things!

Nice work Craig,

Glad you got one after our less than stellar outing at Sonoma.  Looking forward to fishing and diving in 09!!

PS - picked up the whaler, ready to go dinohunting in the bay when you are ready.....going to be a great diving platform as well.....thinking of ways to use it to get the kayaks to even more remote locations as well.   :smt003

The wind stayed down and the UV rays were just enough to keep us from freezing.
...and when you think "how can it get any better?"
just walk into the Bar&Grill and order up a warm sum'um-sum'um for your tummy.

pic1~ made me itch and scratch for the rest of the day...EEW!

pic2~ then I scratched up this!

pic3~19" now, but was only 18" when that otter got a hold of her, she escaped!

one of many to go!! stand by for future hook-ups and just-for-fun outings!
