2009 rockfish season @ Van Damm?

Can anyone tell me when the season opens at Van Damm next spring, the regs dont seem clear to me and Dec is when you can reserve camp sites.
Thanx a ton, I know I could find it if I spent a couple of hours...

Not shure what the current reg's say ( i believe May ) but it could all change when the new reg's come out in March.
It might be best to wait a little to see what they throw at us next.
