Me too...Its 4.5 hours from the house. Ya gotta do what ya gotta do.

The time you guys put out is what blows me away. If I ever thought of entering next year I am getting a glimpse of the dedication and perserverance it takes.

I just got home from visiting my brother's family up in Grass Valley for T-day and read this and started cracking up. The Smith IS the best river in the state, and requires dues to be paid. I'd say you payed in full... WTG, you earned it.

Ditto. Ocean salmon are tasty but their game is generally weak.  These river fish are a whole 'nuther deal.
