I don't even remember what went into it, except that I knew I couldn't eat another broiled fish dish.  Caught this little tunny on the troll with Magnum X Rap 15.  About 4-5lber gave just enough loins to cube out for an attempted ceviche.  Served with fresh tahitian french rolls.  yummy

Two tahitian yellowfin = lots of ahi sashimi.  Aside from the fresh baguettes, the fresh fish is about the cheapest and best thing there.
