Sounds like a fun day.  It sounds like the target species is Striped Bass...and you couldn't have picked a better time.  I'm assuming if it is striper, then artificials, live bait, and cut bait are all allowed?  Anyone know if any bait shops are selling mudsuckers?

First light should be around 7:am.
After you have signed in you can start fishing.
We will be fishing for largest fish over all (inches).
In the event of a tie we will decide by weight.
Check in time will be at 1:pm fallowed by
lunch and awards for 1-3 place.
I may not be able to get there till late Sat. night so
any festivities would have to be pot luck style unless
someone else would like to take over that.
See you there Saturday,
Eric
P.S.
If you have not already called me or sent me a pm
please do so by Friday 10/24/10 am.

Some limited success in various areas about as far apart east and west as you might get...a 24+ inch schoolie on Sat. and a 21 inch schoolie on Sunday--both must have been playing hookie 'cause there was no school around!  XSquid nailed the striper of the year last Monday...looked to be well over 40 inches/25 pounds.

See ya there!

Hello Y-Hopper,

The delta gathering sounds like it should be fun. If i can get Sunday off work, I'll be there.
I've never yaked in the delta before so this should be "good times."

I'll PM/call you once is find coverage at work.

S.
