I sorta have room. I have a 4 door car with 50 inches of rack space i could possibly fit a third yak between mine and franks.

evoo; a Farmer John is a type of wetsuit. I very strongly recommend a wetsuit. Even on the flattest day there's a chance you could take a swim thanks to a surprise seal or boat.

Some other reminders just in case you're very new to this.

1. No more than two hooks on one line (ie: you can only use one rod).
2. No fishing in waters >120 feet

I also strongly urge you to consult the DFG regulations if you are not familar with them.

ID'ing species that have limits and regulations is pretty straightforward for the most part, but a little reading will help a lot.

WoooHooo, Man this sure is a newbie outing.  mostly  everyone is under the 300 posting.. Wish I could join you guys but gotta work...have fun and be safe...10-20 knots predicted winds so bring dramamine.  will wait for report.

Being under 300 posts really doesnt mean a damn thing. I always say when the kayak anchor drops the bullshit stops.
