Joe - tell Jennifer that I appreciate her looking out for the mooch    As for my type....well, just make sure she'll let me fish at least 3 times every week  

and she can't have any kids, I already tried to setup Joel with my Filipino neighbor and he said no on the kids. And she even cooks Filipino food every night!  

Can she be a realtor? that also doesn't want or have kids............

I think if she were a Mermaid... that would be just about right...
