Nice fish! Where do you launch at over there? We have fished there in the past but from a boat coming down from san rafael. Thanks , Craig. Were you using shiners or did you make your own bait?

There's a free public launch ramp behind Encinal High School (210 Central AV).

The ramp is basically at the end of the rockwall that's just out of the right side of Duane's Google pic.

Duane phoned me the night before, but i had to do some work in the morning. I had a break btween 9 and 1 so i hurried down to the wall.Saw duane or franks ride in the carpark. couldnt see them for shit and decided to try jig up some smelt by the tires and in  the harbour . wasted most of my time doing that for nada, so i trolled a popsicle up the wall to the break and back for nada. As i was leaving i saw those 2 on their way in. I knew duane had smelt, so basically, i knew they had fish. didnt want to be more frusterated, so i split before the bragging started......way to go duane and frank...
