A friend and I might be out there. Depends on how tanked I get at my buddy's wedding.

I've never tanked fort ross - however I look foreward too it.  I think the wreck is in fort ross reef, so it's a fair paddle south.  However I'd rather paddle scuba gear down there than carry it down from the fort ross reef campground.  Ug!

If it's anything like the wreck at linda mar, it ain't much to look at.

I haven't even freedove stillwater cove, so it'll be interesting to try that in a new spot.

Pspark,
I've never actually dove inside Stillwater.  Instead go either north or south from the launch.  If its choppy, go south and head around the big rock.  Its quite protected in there and there are some decent ones.

I guess the wreck is in fort ross cove, right in the middle.  I'll keep a lookout for the bouys on it when I'm there.

The whole family is running up there tomorow, so we're going out of fort ross propper so that people on the shore have stuff to do.  Stillwater cove will be safe for a little bit longer I guess.  ;)
