Beautiful fish!!! Try my blackened halibut with mango chutney to spice up your life a little  :smt010. I put a post in recipes. A blend of sweet sour and the spiciness of blackened seasoning.

I will give that a try...I love blackend fish.  Our first serving was incredible, and I made hali-melt with the leftovers.  The rest (and there is a LOT left) is vacumn packed and snuggled up in the freezer.

snuggled up

I love your adjectives, or would that be a preposition?  Anyway, good choice of words.  They always leave me laughing.

It looks like you picked-up that butt near the old pilings toward the North of the launch. I hear that area is real good. I fished there once with my friends Lincoln, Lincoln, Paul, Ocean  and Frank. It was good times.

Nice fish!
