Our new house has 2 peach trees, one of them a white peach and we just discovered grilled peaches, very tasty.

i got TEQUILA!
lots of you guys and gals have prepared some very tasty stuff the last couple of years.  i can't compete and that level, however i can catch 'em, clean 'em and prepare them for the fryer!

i'll bring either burgers, buns, and fixins OR a corn salad.  Leaning toward the veggies, since fish'll be WHATS FOR DINNER

Because Papa Bill was so in to them at Bendo 07, I will be bringing back the NCKA famous deep fried Oreo's...GOT MILK.  Will also do up some home made tortilla chips Chef style!!!!

Brain!! don't burn those beautiful things!....COBBLER is their DESTINY, right?   last years was MAGICAL as it was the last thing to touch my palate before retiring, then for breakfast in the morn.
  I'm bringing some WHOLE MILK this time...

Reading this list has left me feeling pretty humble...  I will bring tequila, and limes of course, and homemade potato salad.  Maybe chili too if I'm feeling spunky.

YES! 

I'll bring a pot of chili (meat and beans!).  I figure that will provide encouragement, to those who need it, to drink more beer.

Working on my ribs today...
10 lbs of ribs (check)
special rub (check)
smoky smoker at proper temp (check)
status @ 3 hrs (so far so good).

Once they're done, I'll vacuum seal them, freeze them, bring them down and reheat them gently for the pot luck.

Can't wait till next weekend.

I have one of those yellow coolers, the kind they fill with gatoraide at football games.  We could set up a hill hike watering station, or make a batch of sangria, or something, (as if there's not going to be enough alcohol).
